History
Established in 1996.
Bill Thorpe Heating and Air has been a family owned and operated business in San Diego County since 1996 noted as one of the most successful and customer friendly businesses in the area. Its founder, Bill Thorpe, understands deeply the importance of a good, hard work ethic and running an honest business.
At age sixteen Bill began working for his father as a sheet metal worker. His father taught him the value of good customer service and to always strive for excellence in his work. His clear talent for the trade, and ability to relate to his customers' needs, led him to pursue a career in the heating and air business.
Now with a new generation overseen by Bill Thorpe, his nephew, Lance Hatfield instilled with the same values strives to take the company to new places and bigger work loads. Our team has expanded and we are in a position to take on larger and more complicated jobs, but we never take for granted that it was our wonderful City of San Diego that gave us the experience we needed to be where we are today.
